Joe Lusso is principal and founder of iJoe Yoga Instruction and iJoe Inbound Marketing. A seasoned professional with a rich background in fitness, advertising, marketing and business planning. Lusso wrote his first business plan in 1992 and Yoga Studio Feasibility Plan in 2001. Since then, Lusso wrote numerous plans for small & large start-up businesses (Yoga Studios, Casinos). Lusso delivers the entire package: A marketing maven, savvy business planner and fitness instructor. YOGA BIO
Joseph is known for his compassionate teaching style. He invokes humility and challenge within his teaching style with the mission of helping the student realize their full potential. Joseph accepted yoga as a lifestyle in 1997 and has been a devoted practitioner ever since. Since 2002, he’s averaging over 700 teaching hours a year including private sessions. His roots are Kripalu (meditation in motion) Yoga. He studied in Lenox, Massachusetts, the largest residential yoga center in the world. Completed Kripalu’s 3-month residency Spiritual Lifestyle Program in 2000, Certified Bikram Instructor 2002 (hot yoga) and Completed Corepower’s Teacher Training (Vinyasa) in 2005 (ERYT 200 – RYT 200). Joseph leads many types of hatha yoga classes. He believes breath is the master-key. He attributes numerous positive changes both emotionally and physically to the practice of yoga.
Private Yoga Instruction
Known as ‘gentle’ Joseph by most. Joseph has been practicing yoga regularly since 1997 and he currently leads many types of hatha yoga classes. CALL FOR MORE INFO.
